In 2013, after a life-altering stroke during neck surgery, my world shifted. As a disabled Army veteran navigating a new normal with vision and balance challenges, I discovered the power of natural and restorative therapies. Through the guidance of the Mayo Clinic and a growing passion for alternative care, I found relief and purpose in modalities like medical massage, neurostimulation, and frequency technology.

That journey inspired a mission: to help others reclaim their wellness through personalized, evidence-informed care — blending hands-on therapy with innovative tools like the AO Scan Technology, Frequency Medicine and essential oils.
