Trigger Point Therapy targets painful “knots” in muscle tissue caused by stress or injury. Focused pressure is applied to release tension and restore mobility. Though sometimes intense, the effects are lasting and deeply therapeutic. It can be a standalone service or an add-on to Medical Massage or therapeutic treatments.
